All products sold on Design by Arianna are made-to-order and tailored to the customer’s specific request. Each product is created based on a photo provided by the customer and adapted to the unique style of the artist. As a custom product, returns and refunds are not possible once the submitted photo has been approved.
Order process
- Purchase The customer uploads their photo directly on the website and chooses whether to customize the tile.
- Photo Submission After payment, the team reviews the photo to ensure it meets the guidelines.

- If the photo is suitable, production will begin.
- If the photo is not suitable, the customer will receive an email requesting an alternative image.
Options for Unsuitable Photos
- If the customer agrees to send a new photo, the review process will restart with the new image.
- If the customer does not wish to provide a new photo, they will be eligible for a full refund at this stage.
After Photo Approval
Once a photo has been approved, the creative process begins. From that point on:
- The order cannot be canceled
- No returns or refunds will be accepted
- No revisions are provided, unless otherwise stated on the product page
Other Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The customer changes their mind after the photo is approved
- Personal dissatisfaction with artistic style or creative interpretation
- Lack of communication or delayed responses from the customer that affect production timelines
